DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We offer both standard and expedited shipping options for you at checkout. Zandra Stone does not take responsibility for any lost or damaged items upon delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Discounted Flat Rate International Shipping is provided at checkout. If your item arrives in your country and you refuse to pay the duties and taxes to receive your product, your product will be abandoned and you will not receive your money back.
IMPORT FEES: Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not included in international delivery cost. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility as Zandra Stone only charges for the product and transportation. We offer exchanges on all full-priced pieces, with a $10 reshipping fee.
Whether it’s a different size or an alternative style, we’ll ensure you find something you truly feel great in.
DOMESTIC STORE CREDIT
Returns for store credit are offered
A simple $10 reshipping & garment care fee is charged and a gift voucher via an email is generated, in which you can use at your convenience
DOMESTIC REFUNDS
We understand that sometimes a refund is preferred. We are happily accepting returns within 7 days of when your order was received. Items outside this window will not be eligible for a return
Refunds to your original form of payment are available, with:
• A $38 restocking and garment care fee
• Free shipping label provided
As a small, independent label producing in limited runs, this allows us to continue focusing on quality, craftsmanship, and thoughtful production.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for return, items must be:
• Unworn and in original condition and packaging
• With all tags attached
• Returned within 7 days of delivery

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES/ STORE CREDIT: For international exchanges, customers are responsible for all costs associated with shipping their return back to Zandra Stone HQ. Exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your items. Customers can select the carrier of their choice to make this return. Once exchange order has been received, production inspection and approval must be granted before exchange is made.
No returns accepted on exchanged items .
A 15% shipping and restocking fee will be charged on all exchanges/store credits.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders are final sale. Custom orders are not eligible for exchanges or store credit. No returns accepted on exchanged items.
PREORDERS: Preorders are not eligible for returns or refunds until product is received. Preorders are a reservation and, and by reserving your style, you are making this item unavailable for other customers at the time of purchase. As a small run sustainable studio everything is crafted in limited quantities and styles sell quickly. So this preorder is not only a sustainable approach to our supply chain it is to ensure you as a customer get the opportunity to reserve these curated items you want.
